Media Solutions Account Manager
This role reports to Head of Media Solutions
Field Based - Regions
Reporting to the Head of Media Solutions to sell multi-channel campaigns to clients across local sales
Exposure to a variety of industries; our portfolio has options for everyone, and you will be representing the most iconic transport system in the UK, the coolest brands in audio, and the award winning digital ad exchange!
Working with our clients and Account Managers across the UK to build, pitch, sell and deliver multi-channel campaign solutions
Brainstorming great ideas and seeing them come to life and delivering results for our clients!
Become a specialist in the knowledge of our Radio, Digital and Outdoor products, inventory and brands
Understood Local Sales and your role within it
Delivered regularly on your KPI’s
Built great internal and client relations
Pitched and won lots of multi-channel campaigns
To ensure Global’s Local Sales product mix offers Global’s clients the best media solutions to excite and meet their campaign objectives.
You are the Local Sales specialist when it comes to all our product channels across audio, outdoor and digital.
Working alongside the Local Sales team and their clients to ensure efficient and compliant fulfilment and delivery of multi-channel solutions across the regions.
Identify and capitalise on new opportunities bringing original ideas to our clients via the Account Manager team, encouraging new business and growing existing business.
Achieve your required activity KPIs- a minimum of 5 client facing meetings per week- by dual calling with Account Managers and meeting clients to reach the set targets.
Attend and contribute to creative brainstorms for relevant clients
Have great working relations with the wider creative solutions teams (e.g. creative & digital) and Campaign Hub members.
Assist in and be accountable for the delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns to ensure they’re deliver to the highest standards
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
A track record in crafting, planning, selling, and delivering multi-channel media solutions to clients
An understanding and knowledge of Global’s products, systems & processes
A great problem solver with a solution-led focus
Detailed and focused; ensuring end to end processes run efficiently and only the best solutions are put in front of clients.
An ability to work at pace, balance multiple products at once and be adaptable to change
Ability to work to tight deadlines and show resilience and tenacity.
Courage to challenge in a supportive and constructive way in order to influence and engage clients and internal partners.
