Associate Account Manager Jobs description
An associate account manager is responsible for selling a firm’s products to new prospects, meeting and exceeding sales quotas, taking care of customer problems, and problem solving. Duties also include keeping updated on new product lines, assisting account managers, working towards retaining existing customer-base, and cold calling and prospecting in order to get new accounts. An associate account manager typically reports to a sales director or the lead account manager.An associate account manager should have a high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree. Prior experience as an associate account manager may be advantageous.
