Collections Account Manager Jobs description
A collections account manager is responsible for assisting customers who are debtors of the firm and are experiencing financial stress. The job involves assisting the firm in mitigate losses; contacting customers who are lagging or slow in payments or showing a high risk payment pattern; and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills by showing them ways to handle their finance and cheering them up.A collections account manager should have a high school diploma or higher degree. Several years of experience handling collections accounts is usually desired. Prior experience working as a collections account executive may be required for some positions.
