What will you be doing?
You will be joining the Account Management team that handles our clients based out of South-East Asian markets. This function plays a critical revenue & relationship management role within the company. You will be handling a portfolio of clients and will be responsible for driving their growth via adoption of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. offerings. We would expect you to work very closely with external stakeholders (advertisers/agencies) to strengthen our client relationships and internal stakeholders (regional sales teams, supply teams, product, engineering, marketing, finance and operations' teams) to create solutions for our clients' advertising needs. Largely, you will be responsible for account growth strategy, revenue delivery & margin management for your portfolio clients, analytics projects (to reduce operational overhead), product/tech liaising to build better solutions for advertisers.
What kind of people are we looking for?
We're looking for sharp, analytical and growth oriented professionals, with strong communication skills who can come in and solve complex business problems for us. It would be ideal if you've had some experience working in cross-functional roles, developing close relationships with your clients in the mobile programmatic ecosystem. If any of these things sound like you, then this might be the role for you!
Note - In this role, we would need you to handle advertisers who work with us via the programmatic route, so hands-on experience with DSPs is an absolute must. Would urge you to avoid applying if you don't have this.
What is expected of you?
Complete ownership of revenue and margin management for the portfolio of advertiser clients entrusted to you. Work on the account growth strategy for clients, i.e. retain clients quarter on quarter and strategize to grow revenue through upselling of new offerings and products
Orchestrate the cross-functional (supply, data, product, and engineering) support required to ensure that ad campaigns are delivered to meet client expectations.
Track and resolve key client issues in a proactive manner and manage expectations internally and externally.
Provide feedback and help shape the product and supply roadmaps by communicating client requirements and larger market trends
Own weekly reporting and quarterly exec level revenue/ margin reporting for the accounts portfolio
Drive data analytics projects for the clients (not required to run the analytics her or himself though)
Handle all commercial activities for clients working with operations and finance teams
Requirements
Hands-on experience (2-3 years) working with DSPs such as the Trade Desk and DV360. (This is an absolute must, so if you don't have this, do not apply)
2-4 years of experience in a role encompassing Account/ Revenue management.
Ability to approach vague and broad business problems in a structured manner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
