As a Sales Manager you will be involved in:
Deliver Marine's vision for growth to our frontline team.
Be Performance oriented and willing to Ensure delivery of Marine's growth objectives.
Lead Shell Marine team in assigned Sales Area to close identified business opportunities.
Provide support to team with engagement to senior stakeholders
coach and develop other junior team members.
work well with other supporting function teams to identify improvement opportunities.
Deliver Shell Marine financial KPIs and business strategy in both local and international marine business.
Engage and explore opportunities with other COBs to jointly develop business via distribution networks.
Be able to think strategically and has good engagement skill.

Requirements:
What we need from you
Degree holder with at least 12 years Business Development / Sales/ Account management experience in Lubricant / Marine industry.
Sales experience in expanding new markets will be preferred
Frontline leadership skill, coaching and people development experience is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with internal business stakeholders and external customers and partners
