JOB SUMMARY FOR Associate Account Manager:
Engagement Manager for our Staff Augmentation Space -- This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Professional Services within Procurement and is responsible for specific business unit's contractor job requisitions. Individuals in this role will collaborate with business partners and suppliers to quickly and effectively fill Staff Aug requirements. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to; manage multiple concurrent initiatives, showcase strong internal personal skills to develop relationships with all levels of the organization and remain focused on standardizing and streamlining processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Associate Account Manager:
Day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Quick and efficient requisition fulfillment
Working with business partners to manage overall resource plans for local and global engagements
Collaborating across business units to train them in our VMS system so they may create and maintain job requisitions and produce reporting within the VMS system
Training of all Staff Augmentation suppliers and hiring managers on processes and procedures
Developing and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with points of contact within business units and Staffing firms
Processing change requests (i.e. extensions, cost center changes, hiring manager etc.) within VMS for Staff Aug engagements
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the VMS tool used to track non-employees
JOB EXPERIENCE FOR Associate Account Manager:
Minimum Requirements: • Minimum #Yrs. Experience: 2-4 yrs in Contingent Labor Hiring within MSP or in house programs any experience with bulk hiring
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Associate Account Manager:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Other Skills: VMS tools or ATS skills and experience
Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi task, ability to standardize and streamline process, ability to work under pressure and dedication to completing work independently and within deadlines.
