Job Description
The Public & Labor Onsite Representative supports client retention by providing issue resolution and information to existing accounts throughout the life of the account. Works independently to solve problems and resolve issues for existing business. Customer facing position for building strong relationships with plan sponsors and members.
Responsibilities include handling member inquiries including customer service issue, benefits, and policy administration. Will serve as subject matter expert for benefits, policies and process and claims resolution. Oversight for plan sponsor eligibility, utilization management and claims reporting.
Travel to multiple plan sponsor locations. Conduct open enrollment meetings, participate in employee health fairs, as well as community or plan sponsor events.
Due to business needs, the ideal location would be in the Pinellas County.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 83,400
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable traveling to assigned worksite and follow health and safety measures.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Demonstrate planning/organizational skills; ability to work on multiple issues at once and to prioritize work.
- Presentation skills with the ability to modify communication delivery based on audience.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills both internally and externally.
- Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of health insurance industry or relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience in managed care and/or sales such as: product/process/systems knowledge, account management, healthcare RFPs, and knowledge of administrative operations.
- Health, Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License, as required by state law (May be obtained in 120 days of hire date).
Education
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
