Description

The Account Management Professional 1 is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Account Management Professional 1 work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

The Account Management Professional 1 oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns. Understands own work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies and operating standards. Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field

Insurance industry experience required

Valid state health insurance license in Florida

Strong computer skills including demonstrated experience with data entry

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field

General Lines Agent License

Bilingual
