Description
Account Management Lead defines the account management strategy for Humana Pharmacy's commercial accounts. The Account Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial, and in addition to managing relationships for key accounts is responsible for expanding these relationships (products and services) as they are developed. Leads an account management team of 2-3 direct reports.
Responsibilities
The Account Management Lead develops, manages and communicates key performance indicators to drive account management program effectiveness and to optimize revenue and cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve account management performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio, based on emerging product portfolio deployments. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive account management plans. Advises key Pharmacy stakeholders to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Demonstrated sales and account management experience in the health solutions industry
4 or more years of account management team leadership experience
Prior experience leading a sales and account management team
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration
Healthcare industry experience

Additional Information:
