Responsibilities
The Client Executive - Public Sector is responsible for developing and executing strategy for assigned client relationships to achieve membership retention and growth. They seek opportunities to cross sell new Humana lines of business. They coordinate the renewal process including our internal strategy and the RFP. They maintain contractual obligations such as performance guarantees. Collaboration with internal partners is imperative to be successful. Typical sales cycles may be long and can be complex. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Ideal candidate will have 3 years of account management or sales experience within the health care field.
Existing license in Health and Life Insurance preferred.
Hybrid Home work style with local travel required.
Market responsibilities include Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christi and Rio Grande Valley.
