Job Summary:This is an opportunity to pioneer the Strategic Account Manager role. This position is responsible for retaining, renewing, and growing our largest accounts. Essential Job Functions:Manager own book of business (complex business models and broad insurance needs)Handle incoming tasks for your assigned book of businessRenew customersAccount growth (endorsements and additional policies)Retain customers and handle cancellationsQualifications:Education/Experience :Bachelor's degree in business or relevant area of study3-5 years of managing a book of commercial insurance accountsExperience with commercial insurance renewals, account growth, account retention, and servicing( endorsements, certificates, etc.)Valid Property and Casualty licenseExperience in Commercial InsuranceTechnical:Basic computer literacy, G suite preferred and Salesfoce a plus.Strong ability to communicate via email and phone.Professional: Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action and adjust to change are key attributes to this roleDemonstrated strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsCreative problem solver with strong analytical skills; self-motivated; excellent communication skillsAbility to take the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify both needs and opportunitiesWe offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
