Description
The Senior Account Management Professional is responsible for growing membership within existing accounts and for directly managing business relationships with client accounts. The Senior Account Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The Senior Account Management Professional oversees customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements. This position is a hybrid role with 75% responsibilities to Account Management and 25% responsibilities to Sales. Once a Prospect is interested in Humana, the CE helps the Director with the quoting process. Develops and oversees customer retention campaigns. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3 - 5 yrs Account Management experience within the Healthcare industry (insurance experience a plus)
Life and Health License (must obtain within 30 days or start date)
Ability to travel - (approx 4-6 overnights every 2 months ) -- Subject to change due to COVID restrictions
