Internal Communications – Account Manager

We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Internal Communications
specialism

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to internal communications and change projects for large brands and apply best practices to our work in a fast-paced
environment;
Act as a trusted advisor (including effective questioning, critical thinking, client management and methodology application
Counsel clients based on the employee experience/internal communications landscape and business
goals;
Demonstrate advanced writing, editing, and presentation-development
skills;
Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure that client requests are handled in a timely and strategic
fashion;
Supervise staff by mentoring, motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback; and
Ensure that you understand the general business strategy, products, and services offered by your clients, as well as issues relating to products, product categories, technologies, primary competition, and general issues facing their industries.
More specifically, we’re looking for someone who:
Has interest, exposure, or relevant experience in one or more of the following: change management, employee engagement, communications strategy, internal communications, corporate transformations, or agency.
Has experience strengthening corporate cultures and helping employees connect meaningfully with their companies' vision, mission, purpose, and strategy.
Has experience with workforce engagement in large-scale change, such as mergers, acquisitions, and other major moments of transformation.
Has experience with primary and secondary research, including leveraging survey tools, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and reports development; and
Possesses a strong understanding of how to communicate with teams and work from both client and agency sides.
Ability to travel as needed
Flexibility to work on-site embedded with clients as needed
