A primary objective is to enable the continued improvement of operational efficiency of client portfolios to enhance the impact of our highly functional large office team. Your expertise will enable effective onboarding and handling of new clients and expanded relationships with existing clients. What your day will look likeLead talent development for the Account Specialist population that supports the Physician's Program. Through leadership, role modeling, coaching mentoring, training, and engagement you will drive individual goal achievement by the team members.Approximately 1/3 of your time will be focused on leading the Account Specialists to achieve and sustain effective alignment with Aon's commitments to our clients.Account Management work will account for approximately half of your responsibilities, where you will collaborate with Account Executives or coordinate select portfolios.Operationalization of the Healthcare Physician's Program Account Portfolio while clearly identifying individual Account Specialist capacity metrics is key. These metrics may include number of accounts, complexity, and inception dates as well as client satisfaction.Your colleaguesCollaborate with Account Executive Leader and Healthcare Practice Leader on succession planning for key clients, colleague recruiting and talent pipeline. Collect meaningful multi-rater feedback for use in the performance management process. Swiftly handle any instances of underperformance within the AS team and advocate for those Account Specialists seeking growth opportunities. Your impactEducate assigned Account Specialists by coordinating training in client management, risk management, insurer interface and Aon resources and processes. Ensure tools are understood and used (including, but not limited to Broker Desktop (PITD and invoice eDelivery), Bridge, RiskView, Time Tracking, Salesforce.com, Jeopardy Reporting, Client Service Access, and proprietary tools.Skills that breed success: With several years of meaningful experience within the Aon Account Management practice, or similar relevant industry experience, you will have a headstart!
